Policy for personal data within SGL

 The club is covered by the new The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which covers both personal data and images. Our way of meeting the requirements is as written below.

Personal data

The club's membership register contains name, address, gender, family connection, telephone number and e-mail address. The information is used only for communication with each member and is never left, individually or in groups, to third parties. Only one small number of club officials has access to the data.

In connection to trials and training activities, lists of officials are drawn up. These are used exclusively to facilitate contact with registered members in future needs of functionaries. Lists of participants are published only by name and usually only on the Member Pages. Performance lists with the winner’s names are published in the open website.

Photos

All photos taken at the club's activities has the sole purpose of reflecting the activities. Images with the possibility of easy personal recognition are only published on Member Pages. The only exception is the announcement of the winnerw at the club's tests and trials.

On the application form there is a note that informs about the possibility of requesting exemption from publication.
