Presentation av domarna 2019

Mrs Paula Cullis

Paula has been involved in training and competing with working Labradors at the highest level for more than 20 years. During this time she has made up two field trial champions, FTCh Pinnock Chiffon of Tagabea and FTCh Tagabea Zulu Too, and competed at the UK Retriever Championships three times. Paula is a current member of the Kennel Club B Panel of Retriever Judges and is also a current committee member of the UK Labrador Retriever Club.
Paula enjoys competing, judging and picking up with her dogs. Now retired from owning and running a very large and busy boarding kennels and cattery she spends most of her time with her husband Steve training their own dogs.
Paula is very much looking forward to coming to Sweden again, and wishes good luck to all competitors and well done to the organisers without whom these events would not take Place.

Mr Steve Cullis

I have always owned Labradors and becoming involved in shooting sports made me realise that having a companion working dog was an essential requirement. I enjoyed training my own dog so much that shooting took more of a back seat. I got hooked more and more by getting involved with Gundog Working Tests initially and then Field Trials. It takes over your whole life eventually.
I have been involved in training and competing with working Labradors for around 20 years now. During this time I have been lucky enough to win Field Trials with a number of different dogs and bred and trained a Field Trial Champion and competed in the UK Retriever Championship.
Having recently retired from owning and running a very large and busy boarding kennels and cattery I now spend most of my time with my wife Paula training our own dogs. I am currently a member of the Kennel Club B Panel of Retriever Judges, a committee member of the International Gundog League (IGL) and the UK Labrador Retriever Club. I am also a current member of the UK Kennel Club Field Trial Liaison Council.

Mr Keith Broomfield

Got my first gundog in1989. Won a novice trial with her and was hooked. Have won a trial of some sort every year since. Had my first FtCh in 1999 gaining a diploma in the IGL CHAMPIONSHIP. Have qualified at least 12 or more times and with 2 dogs on 6 occasion. I won the IGL CHAMPIONSHIP in 2011 at neville holt. I have made up 10 FtCh. The latest a Golden retriever. I am now on the A panel of judges and usually judge 6-10 trials a year. All my dog's are used for picking up and shooting then trialing if good enough. I really enjoy my training and try and help others who are keen to get the best from their own dog's. I also like to get away to do some fishing when possible. Thank you for asking me to judge for you it's a great honour. /Keith

Mr Jason Mayhew

Started with Chesapeake bay retrievers in 99, when I was a gamekeeper in Herefordshire. Over a few years I got another and trialed her. It wasn’t till 2003 I won my first trial with a Labrador I obtained . From then on I was hooked on trialing . Recently I have made up my first Field Trial Champion in 2017 with my lab Labrador Kestrelway Drake , who has qualified for the IGL on 2 occasions . In 2018 and 2019 I was part of the England Gundog team at the Anglesey International.
In 2016 after retiring from the Fire Service on medical grounds, I set up as a Gundog trainer in 2016.
